1. Booking and Payment:

  • Advance Booking:  50% advance payment required for secure booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment as specified.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, Credit/ Debit Card or other methods as agreed upon.
  • Final Payment: Full payment is typically required at least 10 days before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of cancellation relative to the departure date.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services once the tour has commenced.
  • Policy ensures clear communication and outlines cancellation penalties.
  • Cancellation notice required at least 10 days before tour start date.

3. Itinerary Changes:

  • Alterations: Yamuna Tour & Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  • Substitutions: Comparable substitutions may be made if necessary.

4. Travel Documents:

  • Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.) are valid and obtained in advance.

5. Health and Insurance:

  • Insurance: It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

6. Responsibility and Liability:

  • Limitation of Liability: Yamuna Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
  • Responsibility: We act only as agents for transportation companies, hotels, and other suppliers, and are not liable for their acts or omissions.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Behavior: Travelers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to others, including fellow travelers, guides, and local residents.

8. Complaints:

  • Procedure: Any complaints should be brought to our attention as soon as possible during the tour so that we can take appropriate action.

9. Jurisdiction:

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Agreement:
